ELITE LACROSSE PLAYER DEVELOPMENT
I have been fortunate to coach and train many, many lacrosse players over the last 30 years. The foundation of that process is the relationship between a player and a coach. My goal is get the most of each player that I work with and to inspire them to chase their dreams. It is the most gratifying coaching & teaching I have ever been involved in.

EVERY GREAT PLAYER FOUND A MENTOR TO GUIDE THEM ALONG THE WAY!
The Team 3 Model developed in response to what has become an overwhelming demand for player INSTRUCTION & DEVELOPMENT. Don't mistake those words with COACHING. While there are similarities and maybe even some overlap, developing a lacrosse player takes a lot more than coaching. The lacrosse landscape has never been more competitive, or more cutthroat. Players looking for an edge will attend camps & clinics and play for multiple club teams in pursuit of excellence. Yet those methods don't provide the growth and progress that parents & players are looking for. They provide experience. They provide an opportunity to play more lacrosse. And they may even contribute to player growth. But there is a better way. A smarter way.
ENTER Team 3 Athletes. A lacrosse training program built on a foundation of fundamentals, relationships, and continuity. Players commit to attending monthly training sessions for 8 months. For the 2023/2024 school year, the program will run for 8 months (September, October, November, December, January, February, March & April, with an optional Summer Academy offered during the summer club lacrosse season in June and July. The minimum commitment to participate in the program is 2 sessions per month (each session is 45 minutes long and is limited to 8-10 participants depending on the focus). Most players will pick back-to-back sessions and finish their commitment in a single evening or weekend. Players looking for more training can purchase a package that allows therm to attend additional sessions throughout the program year, as time and other commitments allow. For the 2023/2024 School Year, there will be more than 24 different class offerings throughout the 8 month program. Various shooting sessions, skill sessions, dodging sessions, position specific sessions and some specialty sessions offered by guest coaches.

The team 3 program is a membership based, lacrosse player development program featuring professional instruction, intense skill development, cognitive & physical training. We utilize cutting-edge technology to train and track athletic progress. Our part-to-whole teaching methodology is changing the way lacrosse players develop.
HOW DOES THE "T3" MEMBERSHIP MODEL WORK?
Players who join the Team 3 Player Development program commit to an 8-month program. Each athlete is expected to attend at least 2 courses per month, with the option of adding additional courses each month as time allows. Our goal is to provide a developmental approach which creates a foundation of common knowledge and progresses into higher level skills & techniques as players master each skill. Each course is taught in a small-group setting of 8 athletes or less. Courses are designed to use a part-to-whole methodology so that each course develops specific lacrosse-specific movements which can be layered to build full movements.
